Every law enforcement agency is seeking ways to build positive community-police relations. While there is no single solution, we know that D.A.R.E. builds a strong foundation of trust between law enforcement, educators, students, and parents at the local level.
During the past two years we have hosted D.A.R.E. Officer Training right here in Oregon. We have successfully mentored 43 new D.A.R.E. Officers and started 12 new D.A.R.E. programs across the state.
