Court is held on the second Thursday of each month at 1:30pm. Your citation will confirm the date you are expected to appear in court.

Check In-
You must check in at the Administration window. Check in begins at 1pm.

Arraignments-
All violation arraignment cases appearing before the Municipal Judge are called in the order of check-in, on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you choose to plead Not Guilty, your case will be scheduled for trial at a later date. The court will send you a notice of the date and time of your scheduled trial.

A Spanish language interpreter is available at arraignment on scheduled court dates.
For languages other than Spanish, you must notify the Court in advance.

Payment Options-
If you are unable to pay your fine in full, you may set up a payment plan. This must be set up in person.
